I had an emergency I could not get to my phone . I apologize , this is the first time this has happened. But remember when walked out didn't my I called and text about it and took you over a month to respond back and still cut you hair after that. Just saying , I had emergency, you don’t know what’s going on , not like I have did this to you before I’m always there for my appointment’s
