Just get braids or a blow out I’ve been to this salon plenty of times in the past usually for a blow out this time I tried a sew-in I will not be comi...ng to this lady again my tracks were showing when she tried to rush me out of the chair then she had some strange girl touching my hair who did not appear to be working she was hovering over me talking on the phone once again this person was not the stylist several times we tried to come up with a solution to fix my hair and several times she did the opposite she would say “okay okay I got you mommy” and my hair lasted about a week my appointment was for 10:45 she was still doing my niece’s hair when when I returned which is fine but for my hair to end up this way I shouldn’t have been there til 4pm the braids where nice and tight but all I see are tracks near my part again I’ve only gotten blow outs here and maybe that’ll be the only thing but I’ve got another place for that I just think if she wasn’t familiar with how to do a style it would’ve been best to say that instead of taking the appointment Show more

This was my first time coming and I must say the customer service was superb. I booked my appointment on Boosky at 3:45 for 4:30 and I was seen as soo...n as I got there. I was greeted when I came in which was a plus. The lady even complimented my nails. I felt welcomed. The lady who was shampooing my hair is the main reason i gave 5 stars. She was very patient and helpful. My hair was locking up due to braids and she took her time after she had finish washing me to help detangle my hair so it could be blown out. That right there had me sold. Good customer service will always bring back amazing clients. The jewelry is affordable and unique. Overall its a good one stop shop for beauty and jewelry. Show more
