      Upon booking a 10 min grace period is applied to your booking. For both myself and my client, unfortunately unforeseen life events can cause this. At the 15 min mark, you are considered late and the late fee will be applied. This applies to all of my clients simply because I am appointment only and 12 hr in advance booking. After 20 min max I will have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. “No Show”You cannot use the same deposit for a new appointment if you cancel same day. That defeats the purpose of the deposit and gives my guest the opportunity to stand me up twice. Same day squeeze ins are rare, if possible it is a $50 fee. Thank you

      Once you have booked for starters, I will call you to block off your scheduled times properly. It’s a 2-3 day process ( 6 hours each day) If you would like to request 12 hours straight the service will be $800 ( 200 extra) must add in 1hr meal time & a 30 min break. Total of 14 1/2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend split days! Unless your hair is 8” OR SHORTER. Please keep in mind that prices vary upon length. Consults are mandatory via video call or in person (fyi micro & sister locs are not the same)
