I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was necessary. I asked for small knotless. I was asked to provide pictures beforehand, and I did. The se...rvice I received was not what I asked for. For starters she was 15 minutes late starting on my hair. The parts were too large although the braid size was technically correct. When I asked her to fix it, she aggressively cut the braids out and she then changed the parting of my hair from a middle part to a side part which I didn't want, and only fixed half of my head. Did not stop and ask me again to look at it to confirm that it was corrected before throwing a large amount of product around my edges and sending me on my way. I called back letting her know about my concerns and that I had taken off just to have my hair done on this day, and was told "Im busy I'll get back to you." Although I had just left not even 5 minutes prior. I was charged $280 for this service. I will never ever come back and I would not dare recommend this establishment to anyone. Let me explain you again that we recommend people to make sure their hair is well blow-dry and comb can get true before we braid, and second your hair was longer than what you were expecting. My girls hair is absolutely beautiful, one of my daughters hair is super thick and even though it took a little longer ...to do they all took turns on her head and got it done the fastest I have ever seen it been done! Have a had a wonderful experience so far with this shop. I've had my hair briaded here twice and both times my hair was gorgeous and I was out in a ti...mely manner. Went this time for smedium knotless Island Twists (Senegalese twists with curly hair) and sat down in the chair at 7:00am and was out before noon with one braider. Unheard of for me in the past. I was comfortable the entire time and free to get work done on my computer while I was being serviced. Love my hair and my scalp doesn't feel tortured. Will be returning here for all my hair braiding needs. Show more
