First, Nae’s communication was on point. She contacted me immediately after making my appointment to get a better understanding of my needs and expect...ation for my appointment with her. Secondly, she offers mobile services which is a plus for me. Next, she arrived ON TIME and had all her supplies. The hair wash was amazing because who doesn’t love getting their hair washed by someone else. She assessed the condition of my locs and determined that they were in good condition and all I needed was a retwist. She used a comb which i love because she’s able to grab all those hairs that grow out around the loc. Nae took her time but worked quickly and styled my hair perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to get my hair done AND referring my friends and family. Show more
