I did not want my dog hair cut off her ears. I explained a sanitary cut. Thats not what i got. I picked up a dog with no hair on her ears. I just ...want her hair on her ears to grow back. That's all the owner went off on me after i was not happy with how my puppy ears was cut. Talk to me like i was a animal and told me in a e mail i was being refunded and take my puppy somewhere eles 5 days have passed Wirh no refund in site and i was blocked on e mail. I was also told to go to the bank and dispute the charges if i cannot wait for a refund they offered. I never had a argument or a fight with a business i gave my money to wirh no problem. Only fight i ever had was with stage 4 cancer all i wanted was my puppy a wash and cut and because i said her the hair on her ear was cut off it caused a problem and i was talked to like a inmate in prison with no rights who would tell a person to do a dispute to they bank for money and lie nothing but a mean cruel person. My next call and letter along with pictures going to BBB also i am going to a civil right adocate and let him see how they talk to me in my e mail. I am a law abiding citizen never had one day of trouble in my life i am also a stage 4 cancer survivor. I didnt survive to let no body walk on me I WANT MY REFUND YOU OFFERED Update. Today is November 26 2022. Still i have not been giving my refund.i was offered it was supposed to be in tranaction and it was never put into my bank account and i am asking the owner not to in box me talkung trash to me Show more

We advised 3-5 business days for the refund which happened on 11/7 and today just so happen to be a bank holiday. The refund was offered as a courtesy not required. I offered a refund becuase you were not satisfied with the services. You are entitled to your feelings. As a business owner I can refuse service to anyone. My emails were concise and professional. Your language toward my staff and myself in the emails were unwarranted. I stand by my emails and statements. Have a blessed day.
