This place is unfortunately too inconsistent to keep spending money on. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but every time a new issue arises.... I got a gel manicure last time and was cut and bleeding. The polish was on so thick it didn’t cure underneath. Nail shaping inconsistent. My most recent appointment I paid more for a deluxe pedicure and it was done in 35 minutes. I was left sitting with towel on my legs for almost 10 minutes as part of the process which doesn’t feel worth the higher price tag for the deluxe pedicure. I’ve had some good experiences here but the negatives outweigh the bad especially for how expensive nails are these days! I did call to complain about one experience but I honestly don’t have another 2 hours to sit to have it fixed. Cannot recommend this place due to more negative experiences than positive. Show more

Way to short for a spa pedicure - my experience only lasted 30 minutes tops. Felt rushed and not relaxing at all, which is unusual for Apollo.

I’m actually a little surprised that I had such a great visit and experience. The last time I went to Apollo I left bleeding from both my toenails and... fingernails… I made an appt this time out of convenience of online booking. I had Tech #5 and she was awesome! Took care of all of my needs and I left feeling all freshened up. I’ll be back to see her for sure. Show more

Very nice lady but not either of the people I requested. Didn't look like either were there this day, no mention of that from the VERY young woman at ...checkin who looked like she literally just rolled out of bed and appeared to care less. Appointment was at 10:00, didn't get in a chair until about 10:10, was done at 10:45 so was not a 45 minute pedi as advertised. Pedi itself was good and did get a nice leg massage just wish the whole foot, including heels, was in the massage. Show more

I have been going to Apollo for years for my ears, eyebrow and nasal waxing. This time it felt as if the technician was rushing through the process. C...ase in point while performing my nasal waxing she used way too much wax which caused the wax to get on my mustache and during the removal process ripped out a large chuck out of my mustache. It was so bad I actually had to go home and trim it off. Not only that but it was probably the most painful waxing that I have ever received and this will be the last time that I go there. I hope this person gets trained on how to perform nasal waxing on men and not to use a large glob of hot wax but to only use the amount that actually fits into the nostril. Show more
