I can’t really give a single star, no hair cut provided. My appointment was for 2:00, I was late 5 minutes due to parking meter issues. Door was lock...ed and no one was on site. Knocked on the door with no answer. Hair on the floor from previous cuts, so I assumed that they were not done for the day, maybe a restroom break. I waited till 2:30 and no one came back for the next appointment time that is normally listed for 2:30. No note on the door, just locked door. Disappointed. I noticed an earlier review that was late and the owner went off, I understand 15 minutes late no service. Five minutes and no note or heads up is hard to support. This would have been my first visit. *** This is a replay to the barbers response Again very disappointing that no communication was made on your end either. My watch said 2:5. Time to check your watch and have some understanding with traffic and new parking on street level. I WAS IN FRONT OF A LOCKED DOOR at 2:05 I waited in front of the door until 2:30. No one came to unlock. If you wanted the day off then block your schedule. I gave you a chance even after seeing the post about the guy being 15 minutes late now I guess he was 6 minutes late if you think I was an additional 4 minutes late. I guess I dodged a bullet by not getting my hair cut today. Word to the wise, show up a half hour early and don’t schedule an hour before the last appointment should end for the day. I have the parking receipts with a time stamp. You left a paying customer with no contact, no information. You FAILED. Poor customer service. I used the Booksy app now I’m supposed to text you when I find the door locked. Floors are dirty with the last cut. If that’s how you leave a shop or start the day, again so glad I didn’t get my hair cut today. Do Better! Show more

5 minutes late because i had to go to 3 different places to get cash. When i arrived the place was locked and they said they were at lunch. Didn't eve...n call me to see if i was coming in. Awful customer service Show more

E,Ben, Im sorry you were 13 minutes late for your appointment, when you booked your appointment with me you knew it was cash only before your appointment. I can’t call people and see if they are coming in when it’s that late, that pushes everybody back in the haircuts also .that day I only had 15:00 minutes to eat, which was the only free time I had for that day.
