      Cancel 3 days in advance or reschedule 1 full day in advance in order to retrieve a refund. No call no show warrants no refund. No exceptions. After that grace period has expired you will be charged an additional $27 each 5min  increment or you will need to rebook your appointment. Understand paying the late fee is only an option if there is not a client next; After your 5 minutes has expired your appointment will be skipped and you will need to rebook. Normally I don’t do Reviews, but I read them so hopefully this will help a future customer. I would say I’m a very picky mom. My son is now 5 years ol...d. Her patience with my child has help him to understand that grooming is important right along with mom🙌🏾 She has him looking good he’s like a big boy as she treats him just as a customer not just a child meaning she engages with him. All these things are so small but very important to me. A.W is by far the best barber from start to finish in my book! My family and I enjoy her services! If you make an appointment, guess what You get serviced for that slot🙌🏾 you booked. That right there says enough, but it’s more‼️ A.W has very clean shop, merch for purchase, snacks, music, it’s a safe atmosphere & always smells great‼️ Just know A.W stands on business and it’s a vibe to have such great customer service. Very disappointed in the service. I had a sick child and missed my appointment by 23 mins. I explained this to the barber and she had zero remorse. Di...dn’t even ask if my son is ok. I asked to reschedule she said no it’s not on me you missed your appointment. I have been to this location 7 times with my son and I. And she acted this way over $35 dollars. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone go there. She is heartless and runs a very poor business and not a great barber honestly. Show more

Blessings to you and thank you for your support thus far. The client’s appointment was at 11:30AM on a Saturday 3/16/24. The client made call at 11:55AM on Saturday 3/16/24 to tell me his son was sick and he wanted a refund. I told him that was against my policy and that his appointment slot will be expiring in 5 minutes. Had the client reached out to me earlier we could’ve made rescheduling arrangements as the contract states. The client wanted refund although he was 25 minutes late without warning until 11:55AM on Saturday March 16, 2024 when he decided call. This slot could’ve gone to another client who could not book because it was a fully booked schedule. The client was aware of the contract as he signed it confirming his understanding on his first online booking on September 28th 2023; as his first visit was a walk-in scenario. I value every clients time and strive for professionalism at all times. Again, thank you your support on September 28th 2023, October 27th 2023, October 28th 2023, February 7th 2024 and March 16th 2024. I wish you well on your future endeavors. May your life and business soar greatly.
