If you ready for the ultimate Diamond experience then you need to go ahead and book your appointment. The washing experience alone is grade A. I’ve ne...ver had anyone wash my hair the way she does. Prior to moving to Las Vegas I was considering taking my locs down because my previous locticians just never gave me the fresh neat look that I desired. Came here for a retwist. I asked the lady for 2 strand twists to be done on my dreadlocks. Pretty simple job if we can be honest just get 2 single loc...s and twist them together to give it the candy cane look going down the locs. I have blonde highlights, so when i do 2 strand twists and pair a blonde strand with a black strand, the candy cane look should be SUPER visible and look very neat. But I get out the chair, hop in the car, and look in the mirror to see she grabbed 3 strands and tried to twist them together as if they were 2 strand twists all throughout my hair. This resulted in my locs not looking neat at all honestly and not a uniform look. I only got 3 pairs of actual 2 strand twists that look decent. Everything else were 3 strand and not even the proper 3 strand look. I know im not in San Diego no more but back there I had a lady do a great job and proper 2 strand twist throughout my hair along with the maintainence and wash all for $95. I paid $150 for this retwist. Atleast the roots are how they should be. It wasn’t all bad. Just disappointed I didn’t get what I asked for the amount I spent Ext: Price wasn’t the issue. If that was the case i wouldn’t have sat in the chair. Im dissatisfied I asked you for one style and you said okay, just for you to do some improv on my hair. You showed me the photo and i thought it looked good. From the pic you showed it LOOKED like they were 2 strand twist cause you took a pic from a distance to get my whole head view. But then after leaving, of course ima take a real close look at what you did. And you didn’t do exactly what i asked. Like i said “The roots look good” so you did good for the maintenance part. Im talking about my style. You know how to do 2-strand twist cause you got a photo of another client in your portfolio with 2-strand twists the correct way. You simply were just too lazy to do it correctly, but told me that it was no problem when i asked for 2-strand before we started. Talking about “You got alot of hair dude, I undersell myself” i remember you saying that then i look at my hair and i can tell LAZINESS was at play when it came to styling my dreads. Yes post the pictures and video. I encourage you to do so. Ill also be happy to take and post pictures of how you got my strands looking like some dookie braids that somehow aint even braid. If you was gon do the 3- strands instead of the 2 like i asked, you could’ve atleast done the 3 strands correctly and braided them to look uniform but you didnt. I shouldn’t have to have you fix something that should’ve been done correctly in the first place. I booked on here and even left a note stating i would like 2-Strand twist done on them as well as reminding you before we started that i wanted the 2-strand style. I just wanna know how after me letting you know on 2 different occasions I want 2-strand twists, led me to get what i got on my hair right now. Cause MY length texture and density shouldnt have interfered with how my locs SHOULD’VE looked. Its truly that simple. Please address the real issue. I appreciate your honesty but moving forward please tell me if you are not pleased with my service at that moment. I will always be happy to fix it. I can’t fix a style if you don’t inform me. Lastly my price point is my price point. I am very clear up front about my fee’s. I charge accordingly with length texture and density. I just started my loc journey and I’ve had a ...hard time being ok with the short styles I was getting from my previous stylist. These styles help me feel more confident.
