the technician for my pedicure was great but the toe polish never fully dried even after hours and when i woke up it smudged. I also asked for almon...d shaped nails for my manicure but that technician just went with round for most of my nails. Seemed annoyed that i asked her to try to reshape some of the nails. this is abut the 3rd - 4th time in a row that a service didn't go really well Show more

My daughters nails were done really nicely. Mine however, were disappointing. I got a standard manicure and by day 2 the nail polish was peeling off.... I feel like the nail polish itself was old; therefore making the manicure appear really thick and painted unevenly. Show more

My manicures and pedicures are consistent in quality, and they somehow always know what I'm as...king for on the first try (color, nail shape) or they're honest about what they aren't able to accommodate. I have no desire to go anywhere else for my nail care. Show more

The Queen Anne location has really gone downhill. My mani-pedi was rushed and the technician badly cut my cuticle, drawing blood and unable to complet...e the service. They did take the mani off the bill but I am now stuck finding another place. I also think the cleanliness level has slipped. I have been a long-time customer but the service is increasingly hit or miss. Show more

I usually love it at this salon, the atmosphere is very nice, it's very clean and the service is very meticulous, but I was pretty disappointed by my ...last service. The technician was clearly new to chrome powder snd didn't apply it well, now the texture is rough and the finish is very dull - it does not look remotely like the samples and basically just looks like regular non-gel glitter polish without any top coat if I had applied it with my unstable hands at home. I wish I hadn't paid for a gel mani with chrome top if it was going to look like this. Also, too much cuticle trimmed on big toe which has been causing pain since I left, and the technicians seemed annoyed and impatient with me throughout my entire service. Show more

My nail tech did such a great job, I got a shellac pedicure and I’m so happy with my results! She made sure to check in during the appointment to ask ...how I was doing and if the temperature was okay etc and took her time with the foot massage. I will come again! Show more
