Worst experience ive had. Amber fried my hair and when i messaged her telling her how disappointed i felt about the outcome i was blocked . Do not go... here ! She didnt even finish styling my hair because she had to go to an appointment . But she sure charged before the service was done ! Very disappointed . Hi Maria, I am sorry you are unhappy with your service. Unfortunately you came to me with red box die on your hair wanting ashy blonde. At your consultation I had communicated with you that we would not be able to reach your goal, your hair would only lift so many levels within the first session, you would only see a slight change because red box die is extremely hard to lift out while maintaining the integrity of your hair. You confirmed that you would like to continue with the process and agreed with the price it would cost for a color correction. After your appointment you wrote me stating you were unhappy because it was so subtle for the price you paid and I had responded that I would add some pieces in safely in a few weeks but my main concern was the integrity of your hair. You then bashed me on your personal social media. Along with the salon you went to who highlighted your hair a second time. (Which if I truly “fried” your hair like you are stating I would HIGHLY recommend not lightening your hair again!) Then quoted they “fixed your hair” which they just did a second process on it. Which will in fact make it lighter. Unfortunately that’s the process when you have box color on your hair. I did block you for slander. I take pride in my work and strive to deliver the best results to all of my guests. I am not a magician and cannot make you ashy blonde in one session over night. I also will not put up with bullying. I wish you the best.
