I apologize for any misunderstanding on my behalf. It is not my normal practice to cancel the day of. However, today, I was feeling under the weather. I contacted you via the phone number you booked your appointment with 3 hours before your appointment and left a voicemail. I was not informed that your phone number had changed since you booked your appointment. I received a call 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time from an unidentified number.

I was in town and wanted to get a manicure last minute but didn’t want to wait around in a salon. I found Ashley on Booksy and after seeing her review...s and Instagram I booked an appointment for a manicure and also treated myself to a luxury pedicure. After booking Ashley quickly confirmed my appointment and was friendly on the phone when I called to confirm directions because I was running late. She told me not to worry and pushed me back 30 min since my meeting ran late. When I arrived she had a cute, comfortable set up and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. I usually get a buff but she seemed very professional so I got gel instead and she did an amazing job! I’d definitely recommend Ashley to anyone in the WPB area and will book again next time! Oh, and the luxury pedicure was definitely worth it! My feet felt like magic after the sugar scrub and mud mask! Show more
