Unfortunately, I didn’t get the experience and it looks like if I was to base what the experience could’ve been off the pictures and how 🔥 the cuts l...ook, it would’ve been an excellent experience, however, my appointment was rescheduled 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there due to Jglez.Cutz being under the weather all day as he stated to me. My 35 minute appointment had been booked since 03/16/24. My appointment was supposed to be 03/30/24. I get my hair cut every two weeks. He offered to cut my hair the following morning, which would be today, Easter morning. I initially agreed because he was polite about it, his work looks super nice and being that I’m in the market for a permanent barber, I thought to just try him out anyway, but the more I thought about it, the more I leaned towards canceling all together which I did end up doing simply because I felt like if he had not been feeling good all day, that should’ve been communicated to me long before 30 minutes before my appointment so I would’ve had at least a better chance at maybe finding another barber that could’ve maybe squeezed me in last minute. I know and understand that things happen, ppl get sick, but waiting literally 30 mins before a new client’s appointment, a possible returning client at that, is not very professional nor a good first impression, which in my opinion, is everything. My kids have super thick curly coarse hair and he does such a great job. From the mouths of babes, They come out looking “fresh” every time. I’m so th...ankful that we found him and we will continue to be loyal customers. He is so patient and kind with my kids. He talks to them with respect and acts like he is their friend. He lets them pick out what they wanted to watch on T.V. I give 5 stars all the way, all day long ! You will NOT be disappointed with his cut ! I have had to come home and trim up my kids’ hair from other “barbers” but not with Jose. You will not be disappointed! Give him a try. You won’t go to anyone else. Show more
