Manny is a great barber with horrible customer service. It’s been times I booked appointments with him where he will not show up. I will call and he w...ill tell explain about him being ill. That’s fine life happens. However, if change my appointment time via the app it allows you to cancel or change. I typically will change in a timely manner (hours before, not last minute). The issue is the app will allow you to change to a later time but it actually makes it looks like you canceled. I do agree that there should be a fee is you “cancel”. But the issue is he does not accept credit cards on booksy. So how would someone deem the rights to pay for a cancelled appointment? Even though my appointment was not cancelled but changed to an open slot on the same day. Long story short he blocked me from booking appointments although I am a loyal weekly customer. This will be his lost and someone else’s gain. When you are that selfish and inconsiderate. You will not prosper in life. Show more

Let’s be honest here. The bad customer service you claim being bad it’s the fact that I won’t take any more appointments from you. 15 cancellations 1 no show and multiples reschedule. Reschedules appointments do not show as cancelations. I have given you more chances that anyone else but that’s how life’s goes. There was a point in my life in 2020 that I had to cancel appointments because of my health. I have just found out I had a bad case of scoliosis . Your answer to me was “sorry ur goin through that but I will have to find a new barber” I still took u back this year after that. Your first two appointment where last min cancelations and I still let you book. That was my mistake. Your cancelations lost me 640$. That’s not counting rescheduling.
