** Update: after 2 weeks, i got my refund. Chris escalated the error to Booksy. He called and left me a VM to let me know and then continued to follo...w up until it was handled. ** ** Scenario** I had a 10am booked. He called last minute to push me to 10:45am. I was unable to meet with him at that time. He asked me to let him cancel so that it didn't charge a cancellation fee. The trash Booksy app charged me and flagged me as a no show. Ive been trying to get my money back for 11 days. Show more
