I understand the part about not doing someone else’s work. But it’s how you dismissed me and turned me away and told me NOONE else will do it. It’s co...ol im at a salon in a chair getting what I wanted done in the first place but if my name looked new you could have called me yesterday instead I felt like you waited until I got there to be nasty and embarrassed me. I am going to repeat one more time, the salon touch up services are there for my clients who have already gotten service done and therefore need a touch up, as I told you it not for who got there Hair from another salon, I don't do touch up on other stylist work and I also gave you the option to take it and redo it over because My work is very unique and different. Which you would have to reschedule because the duration is deferent from a touch up service, apparently you were only listening to react. So you think you have all right to come on my review page like you opinion can stop my work from go on. Do you know how I come about my business and my my my clients over the years. I didn’t know you where I new client, I didn’t expect people would pop up and book touch up service from other people’s work. I don’t have the luxury of time to be checking and calling all bookings for touch up to find out if they new or not. Since it you're first time its you're responsibility to call and find out if the salon offers that service, because I believe to touch up other work would cost more and that service is not on my website Miss. I am not responsible for your emotion. I was only upfront with you about what don’t do and I have the right to refuse any service or client am not comfortable with. I had no other option but to cancel you appointment on spot because it wasn’t what I expected. I met you for a few second, You should have given me a zero or below zero 🙅🏼‍♀️👎👎👎.
