My appointment was at 5:30PM When I arrived she let me know that she hadn’t even noticed my appointment and said sorry about it. Another client was c...urrently in the chair so I was forced to wait or miss out on my appointment. (I have a 8AM flight. There’s no rescheduling this late anywhere.) She also let me know appointments that end after 6 are extra (didn’t see that posted on her page until she let me know, but whatever I would’ve paid.) she told me she “was almost finished with her client.” At 6:57PM I had just got in the chair…..she didn't immediately start my hair knwoing she was late and forgot (or didnt see) my booking confirmed that same MORNING.... She took a break inbetween the last client she was running behind on. AFTER BEING 1 HOUR & 27 MINUTES LATE SHE STILL CHARGED ME $50 extra because my appointment ended after 6PM. I've went to her faithfully since January 2023 and I wont be returning: I’m honestly disappointed. I’m extremely nice and never complain about anything I could have. I understand a late hours fee, but charging it after you were nearly 2 hours late to my appointment is a bit ridiculous. Without getting my money back I wont go back. That was my last straw. This could have all been avoided. Show more

Now Tre, this review is crazy! First of all my appointments get automatically confirmed I’ve been working nonstop. I had two clients back to back and I haven’t had a chance to look at my phone so your appointment was confirm without me knowing. I could've cancel the appointment because I didn’t know you were on my schedule. I encouraged you to rebook for another day. You said you had a flight in the morning you booked the appointment at the last minute that was your fault not mine, but I was already overwhelmed. I could’ve easily rescheduled you, or just simply cancel the appointment, but I took it anyway because it was you and I’ve been doing your hair for a while you come to me with the shortest hair and the most intricate designs styles colors and I always make it work. I never complain. Every day is not a perfect day for me, but I never complain and I always get the job done if you had to wait a little longer I’m sorry, but that something you could’ve communicated to me when you sat in the chair, but you sat as if nothing was wrong, here on my business page is not where you complain about your service. You could’ve let me know you’re not a first time client we communicate about things that has nothing to do with business so if business wise, I wasn’t handling you the way I should have you could’ve told me so.

I was referred to this stylist from a coworker/ friend who got boho knotless, the photos on the website looked good as well so I booked an appointment... a week prior. Day before appointment she confirmed & I asked if she could do a style that’s trending, she said yes but didn’t mention that it would be an additional charge. ( I got my hair washed, blow dried & trimmed prior to my appointment at a different shop) Day of appointment I went to the address that’s on her website which was incorrect. She was kind & professional while I was in her home. I booked boho knotless & wanted smedium size mid back / belly button length. She did the back of my head, before she started the front I decided to go with the lemonade style, not knowing it was an additional charge. We talked off & in for the 6 hours I sat in her home & never mentioned an up charge. I feel as a stylist she should’ve asked & communicated the lengths she offers & any up charges for her services.
