Ok, what you are not going to do is slander my name or my profession. I called you and sent out a text message. I have receipts. The number you provided is not the same number you listed on the app. I also went to the address on the app at 7:01 to see if you were there. I also sent out a second text to you letting you know what was going on.

This was my second time bringing one of my daughters to Ms. Janet. This experience was very unpleasant. The first time I went to her the wait was very... long and she didn’t start on my daughters head until almost an hour later, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she’s running a cosmetology school while doing hair which is no small feat. She also did really well with my daughter who has ADHD. However, my second time bringing my daughter she started on her hair two hours after the scheduled booking time. She was working on two women when we first got there. She had my daughter move chairs twice and set up her iPad before getting started. She informed me there was a man who was supposed to come get his hair cut while my daughter was under the dryer but he missed his time. Unfortunately once the man arrived she stopped doing my daughter’s hair and started cutting his. It was irritated but because we have already been there for 3 hours and she started on her I needed her to finish. My daughter ate and then waited until she finished his hair. It was a school night and Lee didn’t leave until 10pm . I even told her that I’d finish the style because it took too long and it was a school night. she charged me $140 even with all these inconveniences. Because of this I canceled my other daughter’s appointment . If you like a prompt and professional stylist please don’t go here. Show more

Janet did amazing with my step daughter. She has ADHD and sitting for long periods is very hard for her. She fidgets a lot in the chair, but Janet was... patient with her and was able to work with her. Her hair also came out very beautiful. I would’ve given five stars but the wait was a bit long. I do plan on bringing myself and my daughter back to her though. Show more
