    • Microlocs Consultation

      During this Microlocs consultation, we will go over the process of the install. We will discuss the pricing, measure your hair, do a hair assessment and check your scalp for any issues that may halt your install process. This consultation is REQUIRED before we can professionally install your Microlocs.

      We will shampoo, and install your microlocs using the interlocking method! This process takes about 16 hrs. You must reach out to us to book this service. Pricing is dependent upon the length of your hair. This is the base pricing for this service. Microloc consultations are required before you can book this service.

New Client Virtual Consultation (REQUIRED)

I made an appointment and during the appointment process realized that she required a consultation. I scheduled the consultation and paid the $25.00+ ...tax fee for the consultation. I was late to the consultation, and was informed of her late policy. Which I total understand. Although I started the Zoom consultation later than her policy required, she still completed the consultation. After getting some insightful information about ways to care for my hair. I asked about my appointment that was scheduled for a time right after the consultation. She then informed me that my appointment had been canceled. I checked my email and saw a notification was sent canceling the appointment. I only completed the consultation in preparation for the appointment. Her policy is she does not do same day consultations and appointment She could have led with that, because there was no point of a consultation. Show more

Upon reading your review I see that you stated you’ve made 3 appointments, however my system only shows two appointments, and one which was the service appointment that I did indeed cancel for failure to take the necessary steps for policies and process that was set in place, and then later made the new client virtual consultation. I also noted why your appointment was cancelled. The app gives everyone a notification when they make appointments and when an appointment is cancelled, in addition to the reason for the cancellation. It was also stated that new clients will not be permitted to receive same day appointments. However, failure to thoroughly read is of no fault to the business but on the customer. You were also more than a few minutes late, you were 13 minutes late to be exact to a 30 min consultation appointment in which I still chose to honor, which is why I in turn made you aware of my policies! It’s clear that neither of us are a good fit for one another and that’s perfectly ok. May you find the stylist for you. Have a good one!
