Lasting glue quick weave

I have received two installs by this stylist so I feel as though now I can properly review said services. In all honesty, I’m big on first impressions.... I was a brand new client and the first time I got my hair done was based off a recommendation by my mother who had been to her multiple times before hand. When I arrived to my appointment, there was somebody getting their hair finished up during the time my appointment was supposed to begin. Luckily, it was my mother that day, but this was a red flag for me because I felt as though this was poor time management. The second time around was no different. I arrived to my appointment on time and there was someone else in the chair getting their hair finished up. I don’t like to make snap judgments off people the first go around, but having this happen to me twice showed me that it wasn’t me that was the issue. My first install didn’t turn out great. I was getting my hair done for my birthday weekend in Las Vegas and after about two days, I noticed that one side of my hair was bigger than the other. I don’t think the proper braids for that install were done and that’s what made the install look fat. My second install went better than the first because I let her know about what happened with the previous one so, instead of braids, I opted to get my hair molded instead. I am now on day two of this hairstyle and the closure has lifted up. I haven’t done anything strenuous for it to do so, especially because I had graduation the next day. I’m all about patronizing black businesses, but I have to make sure I’m telling the whole truth when it comes to speaking about my experience. I think the stylist is a nice person, but I won’t be returning because of these issues. Show more
