got a “spa” pedicure today if that’s what you want to call it .. the girl didn’t use gloves, there was no massage, she dropped the towel on the floor ...and continued to use it, my nails are uneven, the painted is not even and chipped . love all other services at this salon, but this was the worst pedicure i’ve gotten and not worth the $25 i spent lol Show more

I am a regular customer here… previous to this most recent appointment the past 2times I did not like my lashes and the had fallen within 2weeks, I am... not picky as I understand these are students learning and I am not being charged much. I really wanted to stop coming but figured I’d give it another shot as I’ve heard many issues with the lash glue within the last two months.. I don’t believe any customer would want to hear that the glue is not working and being given limited to student. Another issue I noticed was the time frame listed on here that lashes will take 2h 30min which is false.. I am a regular and know to keep my schedule open for the next 4hours of getting to my appointment. Most times I come it takes anywhere from 3hours to 4hours. I’ve heard many customers complain that they have appointments afterwards or need to go because they are under the impression it will take the 2h 30min as listed.. however the main reason for my review is to bring to light the wonderful experience with Lili Lucero.. she made me feel at home, voiced her concerns with the teachers that she will not finish with my lashes in the allowed time giving to her. She did a wonderful job and honestly if not the best at giving me exactly what I wanted. I will continue booking with her as long as she is here with you all. She is the reason for my 5star review. I was upset at the beginning because I wasn't going to be able to get all the services I wanted however by the end of my lash appointment I was told I... could get my brows done as well. Ashley did a great job on my lashes. She was getting compliments on her work before she was even finished. (Graduation is near. Keep up the good work.) So I knew I was going to LOVE them and I do. I received a brow lamination, I don't remember the lady's name but she did a great job as well. Good luck to you as well!!! If you decide to go PLEASE keep in mind you are going to a school have services done. Don't work to be the work of someone who has been doing this for over 10 years! The instructors do walk by and check work throughout the process and they are cleared once the instructor approves of work. Show more

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I have NEVER been so disappointed with the service I have received! I had a hybrid lash fill in which this student s...tarted at 12:30 and didn’t not finish until 4:16. Literally almost 4 hours! I normally give grace because I understand they are students but to leave my lashes looking like this is absolutely disrespectful. The student has absolutely no knowledge on lashes. Update: I called the place to see if I could get the lashes removed and the manager was upset at my review and told me to go to somewhere else! I would have considered taking the review off if they had been accommodating but she literally told me she suggests I go to a place that is not a school if I’m going to get upset with the service. 2nd update: I have been going several times I totally understand they are students but what’s more upsetting is not the service I received but the customer service from management. All I asked was to get the lashes removed. I didn’t ask for a refund nor another new set. I was polite when I called and was not rude. Lash removal is $10 and y’all preferred to loose a loyal customer. I was not late to my appointment, my appointment was at 12:30 and I arrived on time the fact that y’all are lying is even more upsetting. 2nd picture confirms I was there at 12:30 and that my appointment was not pushed because I was “late”. My review is an honest experience. I had never complained in the past but another thing I want to add is every time I book i select the lash tech I want but when I show up to my appointment I get assigned to someone else because that person either didn’t show up or isn’t available. Book your appointment and see if you get who you choose. I’m not the one to write negative review but I don’t want anyone to experience what I went through. Show more

Thank you so much Ana as you have been a client for the past several years and have visited the school 26 times prior, we would have liked for you to give us the opportunity to fix your lashes if you had mentioned to us your discontent instead leaving a bad review for your student as they are still learning. Due to you arriving 2 hours later for your appointment we were given no choice but to have you see a Jr student. We recommend that you visit a professional salon instead of a school.
