My salon decide...d to try a new technique on my nails (dip with chrome and gel on top). Not sure why but within 2 days, by the time I got to Tampa, 3 of my nails had broken. So, I decided to book Diamond Nails & Spa to get them re-done before I headed to the Florida Keys. Great decision! Even through the language barrier, they helped me get my nails beautiful! I am very sorry that you felt this way, I explained to you based on the cameras that we just reviewed them, you did not complain at any time, all the services that were performed were broken down for you in case you have questions, here they are broken down again $45 full set of acrylic on the feet , regular pedicure $35 plus gel paint with french which is 20 a total of 95. We didn't see any of the cut that you say and we didn't complain in the salon. I explain to you that when you have not had your feet done for a long time, the cuticle sticks to the skin and when you remove it, it tends to release a little blood, but it is very minimal. We did an excellent job and we cannot give you a discount just for that. Since you left satisfied and did not say anything about what you are writing until you saw the price.

I was excited to come and try Diamond nails out. I brought my mom because i scheduled her for a massage but i was told on the phone she'd be able to g...et one so i said yes. The i got sent a text to schedule our appts on Booksy. Which I did. Still no word about not having the massage therapist there today. We got there.. And they told us that my mom would have to wait over an hour for a mani/pedi because only two girls were working. I was highly disappointed by all this. Show more

I am very sorry that there has not been good communication since boosky shows the days when our professionals work. The massage girl works from Tuesday to Saturday. And his schedule is available in boosky, we saw that I made an appointment for tomorrow at 4pm but I canceled it. We have different days and on Mondays only two girls work and if they already have an appointment they are honest when telling them the waiting time. Since if you want to be attended with priority, you must make an appointment or wait for your turn like all places. Sorry for the situation. We hope to see you again and change your mind.
