Drove all the way from Miramar to Ft. Lauderdale in the rain and heavy traffic to get to the building and not even having a code to get in nor a suite... number was given. I had to goggle the business name to gain the suite number and wait for someone to come out the building in order for me to get in. Went up to the 4th floor and got to suite 410 only to find that no one was there. Knocked several times no answer even with the lights off, I still knocked just in case. WASTED MY DAMN TIME AND GAS. I'M FREAKIN PISSED Show more

Due to the wig being undersized and to avoid damage to natural hair , I could not place glue on edges/sides. I always strive for client satisfaction and this does NOT reflect my portfolio . Thank you for your feedback to improve my business ❤️

I apologize fire the inconvenience to you. I blocked off the days one month in advance, sent out text, emails and posted on my social media the days jan6-10 I would be out of the country . You tried to book an appointment for the 8th within 24hours and were informed immediately that I was not available. Hope to service you one day .
