I crossed LA only to come get my nails done by Christine! I read so many good reviews about her and decided to go see her- well, it was a great experi...ence! The saloon is cute, organized and clean. Christine is super efficient and does an amazing job. I told her I had issues with in grown toes nails and that recently had surgery, and she was so meticulous and cautious, always making sure I was not having any pain- which I didn't because she is soft and delicate! As for my hands, I LOVED THEM! I had poly gel refill and chrome color. She is good reading people's styles, and made an amazing suggestion for my color (I was indecisive on what to get). The whole experience was fun! She is nice to chat, funny and we even watched one episode of "real housewives" ! Also- street parking was easy to find, which is very convenient. Everything about this appointment, services (gel removal and Gel X) and Christine as a professional was seamless. She is responsive via text before t...he appointment. It was my first time getting Gel X and she was efficient and patient with me. Always good to have a few reference photos and Christine was great about taking my requests and managing my expectations throughout the process. If you don't like the shape or color, she will change it. I really appreciate her professionalism. Good to know what you want but if you are not satisfied with something during the process, you simply have to tell Christine. She knows what she is doing. Show more

Hi, I apologize you feel the design did not come out the way you wanted. I did tell u the design you chose will be chunky/thick and I will try my best to not make it so. After service is done, you did not say anything about not liking your designs or during the service. Only after I saw you write this review, that I texted u and called you if you would like to come back and redo a similar design or a different design, but you did not call or text back. I wanted all my clients to be satisfied with my work. So for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, please let me know during the service, or call/text me back so I can remedy the situation.
