She was late the first time I booked with her. She did compensate me by providing the wash for my sons hair free of charge. The second time, she chang...ed the time of my appt(pushed out for 2 hours). I fortunately saw the email as she did not reach out via call or text. I ultimately had to change the date altogether as I couldn't make the original appt. Her address changed as well, and she confirmed that change 15 minutes prior to the appt while we were en route. She stated via text that all clients received notification via email/ text. I honestly can not confirm or deny if i did, but I do not recall seeing one. When I reached out to her to express my dissatisfaction, she insisted I was trying to get over on her for $25 because I booked the wrong retwist size. Although I texted her prior to the appt to confirm the time, she did not notify me at that point or when my son sat down to be serviced that I booked incorrectly. That way, we could've been on the same page. When I messaged her prior to writing this review, she responded with the pictured message. Her work is fine, but she is unprofessional. His hair pictured below was fine as I stated (edge up not provided by her) her professionalism is very questionable. *****I'm not insuinating that you did anything for clarity. I'll remove that part because my intent is NOT to make you seem like you did anything to him.******** Again I reached out several times and asked was that the correct option, you did NOT say anything. If the wrong size was booked you had several chances to tell me so. Also, just because I'm the 1st to give you an unfavorable review does not mean I'm the only one. You be blessed. Show more

I do apologize you were dissatisfied. But please don't insinuate that I did something to your child,I have too many underage clients. That just deformation of my character. Then your son called you before I proceeded with style& told you the price. If it wasn't in your budget you should have clearly told him no style so it could be "in your budget".Just because you changed booking to less, doesn't mean it cheaper. Reality is reality! It's exactly what you paid last time, except this time the shampoo wasn't free no reason to be! I don't over charge people I charge what I service! That why I have this system to cut out the prices issues. I DONT have these issues with pricing or anything. Nor with my "regular" clients. They all read & ask questions as needed . It's all clear stated online. In moving forward the feeling is mutual I don't do drama clients that don't like pay or that diss credit my business. It weird that you really trying to bring down my hard work & stop my good review streak your the first in 2 yrs with a 2star it's giving weird. I hope you find a stylist that will accept that nonsense. There are many other reviews that speak of the truth & facts. I can't please everyone & I'm okay with that I will even be more detail online now. At this point this is "dry" business harassment. Please move forward with your life, I thank you for this review.
