Customer service is very bad didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in the door. Isn’t good with natural hair very rough when combing hair, she combed my... hair from root to end on dry hair.I was also told that I would be getting a human synthetic blend of hair for the goddess Knotless…she came with passion twist hair that didn’t match well with the colors I had ,I cut the hair out the same day. she also braids very tight witch caused me to have bumps on scalp Show more

She pretty much sent me off and did not do my hair after having me take down my hair and wait on her for a whole day! SMH be careful going to her ladi...es I wouldn’t want this to happen to anybody else. Cause she knew I had a very important photoshoot that day and never said or did anything about getting my hair done. So I ended up losing money from the photoshoot cause I had to cancel it!!
