HOW TO ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: Fully detangled, braid and product free! The results of your hair, rely on your preparation BEFORE the appointment. Remote Friendly Studio Suite🥰 All calls/ text messages are responded to within 24-48hours. Please DO NOT send texts messages the day of your appointment. DO NOT double message me (DM & Texts, or ? A previous texts sent). Text message is preferred method of communication DEPOSITS/ PREPAYMENTS: A pre payment is needed at time of booking. No exceptions!! All appointments are comfirmed within 72hours of request! The remainder amount will be paid after service has been rendered! (Please see acceptable payment methods below) Any cancellations or revisions to an appointment must be made 48 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Same day style changes are prohibited A $50 cancellation/ inconvenience fee will be additionally charged for service time duration under 2 hours.
