Very disappointed. Because I have been a customer for such a long time, I don’t even ask for a price, I just give them my credit card. For the second ...time now, I was overcharged. The first time I noticed it, too much time had gone by so, I let it go. (I was overcharged by $30) This time, I called and we went over the services one by one and it still resulted in an unexplained difference of $15. (I got a deluxe gel pedi $65, a gel full set $45, removal $10 and french $15 =$135; I was charged $150) Rather than offer an apology, adjustment or, even a discount on my next visit since I have been a customer for more than 2 years, they tried to make me think I was missing something. Unfortunately, this kind of willful ignorance is enough that I will never go again. Extremely disappointed. Show more

I’m so disappointed at my experience here today. I had an appointment at 12:45 for a mani and pedi. I did not sit down until 1:20. My pedicure was fin...e but when it got to my nails the woman told me I needed to get dip and tips to achieve the style I wanted. I said fine but I want them thin and short. I showed her the picture and kept it open and visible the entire time. Halfway through I noticed every single natural nail is separated from the gel and tip she added. You could quite literally put a toothpick in there. I asked her to fix it and she said that’s normal. There were so many bumps and unevenness, it was horrible. I came to the register practically in tears and the man that checked me out so so rude and proceeded to charged me $95 even though my nails were clearly not done correctly or professionally. He told me to wait and someone will fix them. The woman that fixed them was very sweet and did a fine job. I still tipped both the woman that fixed them and the original woman but I was in that nail salon for over 4 hours. I wish they understood that this took my entire day and didn’t charge me for the poor nail job. Very disappointed in the customer service. Show more
