My nails looked great. However, I will not be back. It is a disappointing and embarrassing experience when you are requested to come early and, in the... middle of your service, are asked to get up and wait because a regular client had arrived. Then, due to space needs, I was sat at a pedicure chair even though I was only receiving a manicure. I understand scheduling conflicts happen, but I would think I would not be asked to move. Additionally, I was charged more than the service prices listed here. Show more

The salon was clean as al...ways, all staff was friendly and attentive to my requests, and my technician listened well to what I wanted and checked in along the way to confirm satisfaction. As someone who is very rough on my hands and who uses my nails as secondary tools in my wire jewelry crafting, I am thrilled to be able to comfortably wear my nails in a nice medium to long length with elegant shape without worries of damaging them. I’ve been trying very hard to give this place a chance. They do wonderful nail art and have a good selection of services. However it’s impossible to s...chedule an appointment and have that time be accurate. Often times they will ask you to completely change your scheduled time, the day of the appointment. I had an appointment yesterday but they canceled on me because they only have a few employees that can do acrylic nails... but I was still scheduled to get acrylic nails. I was also charged a cancellation fee last night, told that it would be refunded, I have not received that refund and my appointment today was marked as finished. I never ended up getting my nails done. I sat there for 30 minutes being ignored. I had to walk out. I’m so disappointed… Show more

Greetings from Bonjour Nails Lake Forest You have booked a regular manicure for men. This service includes nails cutting, filing, cuticle cut, massage, with-out any polish and this is very basic. All of our staff are licensed and this basic couldn't have been worse for sure. I was seated very close and watched the entire service process. We consider this review as a distraction from our competitors, and this is unprofessional.

I really tried to like this place. Gave it several tries. I always go in with an appointment and I'm never seen at my appointment time. I left today o...nly to realize that the nail polish was applied in such a messy manner (not what you'd expect from a professional salon). I have photos attached. The overall cleanliness, and the gentleman at the front desk ( who is always very kind and professional) are the best part of the experience. Very disappointed with today's pedicure. Show more

The pedicure was decent, but the dip manicure was terrible. I had to go back in to ask to clean up the manicure since it was so messy. I noticed that ...three of my fingers on my left hand were nipped. I wasn’t given given a bandaid for the bleeding which was on two of the fingers. I wouldn’t come back here for a manicure. Show more
