UPDATE: I have to give 5stars at this point. The owner is setting an awesome example in quality service. She reached out to me in an effort to work w...ith me on my concerns. This is definitely a business worth supporting. She actually cares about helping her nail techs to grow professionally, quality of her business and her customers. I wish her the best and she's made a long distance customer out of me. ***The ladies were kind and my nail tech did a good job of being thorough and she took her time. I do think this may have been her first time doing SNS w/tips. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they could have told me. I genuinely feel she did her best. I can also tell it was new for her. It's not horrible, it definitely needs more practice and fine tuning so I'm sorta torn. I could have managed my expectations if she'd told me the sns w/tips was new for her. I'd go back to this shop but I'd opt for a different nail service. I'd rather a service they have experience in. I'd also recommend because all in all, they have a good business and everyone seems to put forth their best. Show more

I don’t recommend this place to no one I usually hate to do things like this, but this salon is very unprofessional. I originally booked an appointme...nt for 430 got to the salon and was asked to come back at six which I totally understand and I had to come back because if I canceled in my end I was going to get charged. I come back at 6 o’clock and she was still not ready. My services were started till 645 at this point I was heated I was aggravated I lost two appointments which one was a deposit of $15 and the other one of $10 it’s my only day off Which I know it’s my problem but that’s why we are so big an appointment and I’m pretty sure you guys are too if you’re willing to charge me and took my card information for a cancellation fee but since it was on your end nothing was done she had two customers in the salon. As soon as they left, they started to talk about the customers making me feel even more nervous about the service that I was about to receive at this point I just wanted to get my pedicure done as she proceeds to continue with the servicewhich I picked the flower pedicure for a reason and I’m getting charged for the flowers guess what no more flowers as she’s putting the gel color on my toes. The machine turns off twice. Which made the color start wrinkling and I let her know about the problem as soon as it happened what was she trying to do? She was trying to paint over it so I continue to tell her that I did not want her to paint over it I wanted her to remove the color and paint it again because it has happened to me where I wear my shoes. I go about my business and that is going to bubble up, the whole time they were laughing and making fun of the other guest that was there. It is now 8:03 PM and I’m just leaving the salon. I asked her for three coats of black. She only did two she didn’t paint the whole now it looks like I already have the nail polish for a week, and as I continue to tell her all the wrong she said oh yeah, you want me to fix it at this point just leave me alone and let me leave as the picture I provided shows you the crumbs of the flowers that she didn’t no longer half and I was still charged for Show more
