Soak off acrylics Gel manicure ( no previous gel)

I wish I could leave zero stars. I went in for an apt with Lisa and Nancy was there because Lisa had gone home for the day. I wanted soak off acrylics... & cat eye polish but because everyone who could do designs had gone home, I couldn’t get it. I was going to settle and just get gel color but I was so dissatisfied when Nancy poured boiling water from a kettle onto a plastic bowl, and placed a bowl with acetone in the middle of it. Immediately when I placed my fingers in the bowl, it was boiling and I said at least 5 times it was too hot for my hands. She said it needed to be hot but I physically couldn’t handle it. It wasn’t warm - it was HOT, a HAZARD. Nancy became upset because she had to wrap my fingers in foil with acetone to soak them off. Over 32 mins passed and she had only filed my nails and not removed any of the acrylic nails. I was stunned and told her it had never taken that long anywhere I’d gone before including F&S. At 5;37, another client came in who’d scheduled with Wendy who’d also left but Loann has clarified that was not the same as what happened to me. Still, Three times I’ve been disappointed by F&S and I tried to talk to Loann but I’m still waiting for a response as I prefer in writing not phone call. Still waiting for hear why about the boiling water. It’s NOT sustainable to have her be the only one who can do services they offer! Why let me book then? Why didn’t anyone call me so I could decide to go in or not? And no one there cared and just said sorry. I made time to go and it’s just disappointing. Especially when Nancy filed my nails down on one hand and not the one so it just looks awful and some nails still have acrylic. Show more

They filed my nails so much to remove my gel that I barely have anything left. There are entire areas where I have an actual dip at the surface of the... nail. I dont think some of the people working there are actually certified manucurists. Such a sloppy job... Show more

I have been coming here for 2 years now and every visit I am dissatisfied and disappointed -this will be my last visit . I waited 40 mins to start my... manicure when I had an appointment set up earlier in the day - the customer service has gotten worse and worse - the way the staff does not acknowledge you , they rush you to pick a color, they tap in your shoulder to speak to you ? Feels inappropriate . I’ve never left a bad review before because I believe in giving establishments chances but I’ve had this happen to me enough times to know that this is how they run their business . The owner who did my manicure poked my finger so hard that it bruised for a week . Will stop giving them my business . Show more
