This was my first time getting braids and also my first time having my hair done by someone else. My appointment was for large knotless braids and Cha...r let me know that a smaller size may be better for my head size and hair texture. She did a test braid and it worked for me! Char is extremely personable and knowledgeable of her braiding craft. Show more

Hello, first I want to say that I am sorry this was your first experience with Charloccombs. My grandmother passed away on Wed. And her service was Saturday. It seems you attempted booked on Friday for Saturday and got no official confirmation from me. I know the app asks for you card information, but that info is solely there for the purpose of a no call no show. I can assure you nothing has been taken from your card. If you would choose to reschedule in the future a $50 Cashapp is required along with booking on this site and a text message with the address will be provided. Sooo now that you know you haven’t been scammed…do you mind changing my Star rating as prior to this misunderstanding I obtained a 4.9 star customer service rating 🤷🏾‍♀️
