Good afternoon, unfortunately you were placed in an awkward position, in which I had a cancellation at the same time as you scheduled. I wasn’t aware of the new scheduled appointment, but upon notice of the appointment and text, I responded so we could take care of your appointment. Which you didn’t respond. I do send my sincere apologies, all my clients can ensure you I dislike, not being on time; I always apply a discount to any inconveniences to any appointments. Which you would have gladly been offered had you responded. Once again I do apologize, and hopefully you’d reschedule on the future.
