About us

Hello ladies and gents ! I am a natural hair care specialist. I specialize in all braids and Locs. Hair is included, excluding crochet. 1st time client consultations are required for ALL 1st time clients NO EXCEPTIONS. Shampoo and conditioning treatments are included with every service. Deposits are 40% for regular appointments. Deposits for first time clients are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable however, they are transferable for one appointment. There is no cancellation fee unless you are a no call no show. The cancellation fee will be 30% of your service. The cancellation fee will have to be paid before your next appointment. If youore are more than 20 minutes late you will Be asked to reschedule for another day. Sundays and Mondays are squeeze in days. If you book an appointment on those days there will be an added $40 to your remaining balance. After hours appointments (after 5:00 p.m) will also be an additional $40.
