Interlocking Style

Truly unprofessional, I had a 2pm appointment I reach out to her 20min an advance to advise her that I’d be 12min late. She never responded, once I ar...rived 2:12pm she was still actively doing another client hair. Never the less I sat waited for 45min. Not once did she acknowledge us or apologize for the inconvenience. She finish the client hair at 3pm . Drove all the way from West palm beach to experience such poor customer service. At that point I left & decided not to pour out my hard earn money on that type of service nor tolerate such unprofessional behavior. If it was the other way around my appointment would have been canceled. I’m not bashing the salon in general but the beautician needs to educate herself on customer service & customer care If she’s going to continue to be in the profession which she is in. Customers pays for service, convenient & a respectable experience. Seems to me she has so many she don’t care much if she loses one or two. I can only speak for myself as a first time customer the experience was not the best & could’ve possibly been worst had I not left. Show more

If i could leave a lesser star I would. I made my appointment for 12 and by 2 she only did two rows of braids. That like 10 braids in 2 hours. She did... 3 other peoples head while I sat there and got them out . I would NOT recommend her at all. She also charges extra to wash your hair but does not say that on here. She was rude and extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone going through that . I had her cut the braids that she did and I walked out . All Dolled Up is in the next plaza and they will do everything she did and then some for a lesser price. Straight trash. Show more

Hello Mallery, we are sorry you had an unpleasant visit. The service you booked was for box braids and the service says that it is $150+. The plus is there for any deviations from the standard braids that you may want. At any hair salon, it never includes washing. Washing is always extra. In the future if you have questions about the service, you should ask the stylist prior to making assumptions regarding what is included and what is not. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
