Terrible! I hate writing reviews and being that person! I waited over 20 minutes for him to not show up at my appointment at noon was very annoyed bec...ause I was referred by a friend and don’t understand why he would confirm the appointment if he was going to waste my time? None of the barbers said hello or nothing finally 10 minutes later one barber asks me who i’m waiting for then about 7 minutes later asks me if i’ve contacted him? How would I have done that if I don’t have his number and booked him through the app wait another minute and leave. See him in the parking lot sitting in his car on his phone just chillin so rude and inconsiderate do not recommend this barber shop! Show more

Luis never showed for my appointment. Booked a haircut at 9:15 on Monday and the shop was closed. Waited 20 minutes. No one showed up to open the shop.... Not sure why you would be on Booksy if you not going honor the appointments. I’m a barber as well and would never no show a client. Show more
