I recently went to Myy Bar to get my hair taken out of crochet braids, washed and colored. All of these services were performed by Myesha, the owner o...f the salon. I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and expertise with hair and nail care. She also made suggestions on what I can do to care for my hair in between appointments. Myesha really cares about her customers and you are not just another dollar in her pocket. She takes the time to learn how to stay on top of her game and shares her knowledge with her customers. If it's not right she won't do it!! She also had a knack for knowing what looks good on her customers and overall does a great job. She's very friendly and her shop is welcoming and very clean. I also got a full set of mini acrylic nails. They were tastefully done!! I recommend Myy Bar and hair and nail services performed by Myesha!! Show more

Hi My name is Nakita. I've been a client of Myi for about four months. My experience was awesome. I went in today on 12/21/16. My usual Mani & Pedi. ...Plus my eyebrow wax. First of all Myi has a homemade oatmeal scrub that smells like roses and is filled with oils. Myi massaged that oatmeal scrub on my feet. My feet were instantly in paradise. my feet were clean and moisturized and smelled great. My hands were well groomed also. The eyebrows were arched to perfection. Also, I love conversating with Myi. So I went in for a super basic side part with leave out. Hair was already washed and blow dried. It took the lady five hours to do my hair! And all sh...e said was, "I didn't know you were on a time schedule." 🙄She used a metal comb that I'm pretty sure was ripping my hair out and the crown of my head IS NOT flat whatsoever she didn't even leave enough hair out to cover! And the decor gets a -1 star. I don't suggest this place at all. Show more

Booking my appointment was easy, and time sufficient. Myy was so informational and patient. Any questions I had she responded immediately and explaine...d anything I didn't understand. She was very helpful, open and honest about what methods I should use to treat my natural damaged hair. She's very precise in her work, and moves rather quick. I was very pleased with my services and would recommend this shop to anyone. The shop is clean, nice and soulful. It's like kicking it with your homegirl. I appreciate her open schedule and flexibility. She loves what she does which makes it far more easier and effortless to get the look you want. She will make sure you are satisfied with your hairstyle, and if you are not she has a wonderful attitude in helping you achieve satisfaction. I have received so many compliments on my hair, and I am very happy with it. I got a full lace frontal with bundles. All sewed in, no hair left out. Show more
