So I’ve attach photos of what I got, what I expected, and what I changed my hair to on my own. The cut was not what I expected nor was the experience.... It started out not so good due to the fact my appointment got pushed back because my stylist said she would be out of town. Once I booked my appointment I had to pay half of the fee upfront. And it was nonrefundable so I couldn’t cancel. Then maybe a day before she turns around and says oh I canceled my trip the date will be available. That’s not how it works so I stuck with the date that I had rescheduled for the following week. Got to the shop it’s boarded up. She does her work at her house and I’m not knocking that but it’s not for me it was somewhat of a deception needless to say it was a lesson learned. Show more

Dreadful Dracula, this was the worst experience I have ever had. She spent alot of her time on the phone begging a man to come see her or as she said ..." I am trying to be with you, but you seem to not have time???" After telling her over twice i was burning 🥵🥵🥵 she made me wait until I finish her begging conversation in the phone 📱 before she wash the relaxer out. Mass burning to my head. Then when i took pictures and sent them to her very nasty not sympathy at all, like it was my own fault. I took off early from work to meet up with her and she never answered her phone. But texted me over 2 hours later saying "she was working and didn't have time to answer her phone" but the day of my appointment she stayed on her phone as if it glued to her ear. Texting or talking the whole appointment. Never refund any my money. And going from nature hair back to relaxer, never took any kind of history about my hair, skin or scalp. One service was a cut, no style in the cut one side too short, other side unevenly cut. No style at all. The pictures I showed her was NOTHING LIKE SHE BUTCHERED,that had been proformed on my hair.Had to get the style recut and less then a few weeks losing more hair. None of the Venue health and safety rules followed...ONLY FOR SHOW!!! This beautician need to be more cautious about her clients well being. BE AWARE!!!🥵🥵🥵 I would never go back to this individual and well tell everyone else to be cautious about this one!!! Show more
