I booked a consultation with Kisha on weds for 4pm. When I got there she told me that she was still with a client and it would be just a few minutes. ...I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes without a word from her. Only when I asked if she could refund my consultation fee did she finally text me. Kisha was very rude and explained to me that she had clients that would drive 2+ hours to see her and that an hour fifteen is not a bad wait if my hair was so important to me. she gave no apologizes. Hey Genophia, I do apologize about your experience with me. When you called for an appointment I informed you it was the holidays & that I was booked up for that day. Even thou you arrived 20 mins early to your appointment. I tried my best to get to you as soon as possible. I also informed you that I was busy from the time I walked through the door with all new clients & that I didn’t have a chance to eat lunch because I was so busy. Sorry if you think I was being rude to you I really wasn’t. I treat all of my clients with the upmost respect. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
Look no further Kisha B is the one she did my locs today and I am so grateful for her. I was a little nervous because I had been experiencing hair los...s but Kisha assured me everything would turn out ok. She gave me a scalp treatment and shampoo and also has a hair growth balm she makes personally. She my definetly my new stylist!! Thanks Kisha !! Show more

I love how she cares for my starter locs so I have no complaints there! I do think that if late fees are charged when clients are late, there should b...e a discount when the stylist is late, or at least a call asking if I can come later. That would give me the option to reschedule or adjust my plans. Show more

Kisha was great with my sons hair. My son normally gets irritated and will cry when he gets his hair Re twisted but while Kisha did his hair, he didn’...t cry or fidget in his chair. My son was very comfortable and ease. My son told me she didn’t hurt him at all. I will definitely be booking with her again! Show more
