He refused to line up my beard because I didn’t choose it in the app. Then said he didn’t have time when it takes less than 2 minutes to do. Then said... it’s cause I was 5 minutes late when he saw it was pouring outside. The first time I booked him, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes cause he still had someone in the chair.
