Leaving a review is the last thing I wanted to do but I have not rec’d a response from the owner and I feel as though for the amount I paid and servic...e I was given it renders a review especially when I was not contacted back. I had a consultation where I was told what I was needing could be done for 200 or less. My hair had already been locked all I wanted was the ends to be closed. Nothing more nothing less. It took about 2 1/2 hours. That entire time she was on the phone taking phone calls, cussing, and using language such as (re****) which is highly offensive. It was not until her boss came in that the atmosphere changed to what a salon would experience would normally be like. Now to the actual issue at hand. My hair at the end of the appointment was not okay. I went home looked at my hair more in depth to find that I walked out of there looking a hot mess. I had wild strands of hair all over the place. Knots in the back of my head that even to the touch hurt extremely bad. The hair was not properly locked but looked as though it was just hidden to look as if it was. My hair was already locked yet she was taking strands from different locs and interlocking them together. My partner spent hours undoing what she did just so I could go to work the next day. I called at around 2 was told to send pictures and from there no response. This is pretty ridiculous and horrible service. I went to them simply so I could get my hair done in one day. My partner who is not trained or a professional did a much better job and even had to fix it because of how it looked. The pictures of what my partner did before I walked in to the salon and the pictures of how it looked when I left speak for themselves. I don’t want them to fix my hair but simply just want a refund for the lack of service and professionalism. ** update the owner did call me back and provided me a refund.
