Good things: super nice staff. Very welcoming and sweet. Space is nice. Space for improvement: - when i got home and looked closer at my pedicur...e, cuticles and skin did not look like it got got taken care of. Work looked sluppy. - Another thing, they did not have credit card machine working, which i unfortunately only found out about at the very end of an appointment, during checkout. Luckily, i had a card saved at booksy, and i successfully used this system to pay. I do believe that when some form of payment is not being accepted this should be brought up to a customer's (especially, first time customer) attention before the visit. Show more

This is my second time going and once again I was not satisfied. The only reason I went back was because they said they couldn't refund my first manic...ure to my credit card and gave me a giftcard. I went to get a no chip on Thursday and today is Monday and a nail is already cracked. Another nail has a bubble that the woman didn't feel like fixing while I was there. And some other nails have scratches. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Show more

I was not satisfied at all. I went in for a 1pm appointment that didn't start til 1:15. I went in for a dip and halfway through they ran out of a top ...coat polish with no replacement in the store. How does a store only have one single bottle? I had to wait 20 mins for someone to run over with another bottle and still my person took forever with a dip polish. I have gotten dip in 30 mins and this one took 2 hrs and still wasn't finished. I left with an unfinished manicure and just overall frustrated and angry. I DON'T recommend this salon. Show more

I have had really good experiences here and very bad ones and it really depends on who does your nails. Babu has done an incredible job - my nails l...asted over 3 weeks with no chips, the shape was perfect, they looked amazing, and he really took time and care. He also gave a very nice hand massage I have had Selenge twice, and both times have been really bad. She uses the nail drill on your cuticles, which is painful and has led to my fingers being swollen the next day. Both times my nails have started chipping after a week. It feels like I'm just getting a polish change instead of a manicure with how little care is taken. In addition to that she barely put lotion or rubbed it in at all. I felt like her service was very poor. It's annoying to pay so much for such a different level of service. Show more

Normally I love coming here and I’m a frequent customer, Uka in particular is amazing. However, I booked a regular manicure for a shoot I have tomorro...w, just clear coat, and my cuticles are uneven and most cuticles are still on my nails. This felt rushed and doesn’t look good. I always overtip and this just felt like an expensive service that was pointless in the end. Hopefully my client won’t be upset that my nails don’t look great when I go in for the shoot tomorrow 😪 Show more

Got a no chip manicure and two days later the thumb paint started to peel. I went back for retouch and they were super great about it, no charge. But ...2 days later 3 other fingers started to peel, (now on day 8) and I can see the paint cracking in the other thumb. Great atmosphere and staff!! but unsure about the no chip Show more
