My experience with Shervan at Salon Lokei was absolutely amazing! Shervan and his assistant Arriane treated me very well. I felt like I was home. My h...air was locked for a year and I combed them out and booked right in with Shervan. Booking was a breeze and communication was excellent. I was nervous because my hair is natural and super thick and tangled from the loc comb out but I had no discomfort during my services with my shampoo condition comb out or blow dry. When I left the shop my hair did not look like it had ever been locked. My silk wrap is beyond silky bouncy and healthy. The shop was peaceful and full of positive energy. I will be a returning client and I’ll definitely send referrals. Thank you so much. Show more

Hi Cyndell , I do apologize for the lack of communication on my behalf. I have sent you a text and I called as well as left a voice. Apologizing for for the lack of communication. As for your appt date that was booked on the 6th. My calendar should not have been open considering that Booksy was supposed to close my calendar for the dates I’m not in town. Like you explained you did text my chicago number. You are correct that I didn’t respond because I was working on a photo shoot in miami at the time. You are correct that I did reschedule your appointment to try and accommodate you. Consideringhat that the mix up was on the back end. You are correct that I did miss your appointment for a second. I got booked last minute to for a job in Dallas which required me to miss Friday. I did give your contact to my asst and I was informed that she was not able to reach you. Because of this I called and text myself and I haven’t received a response. Again I do apologize and this not normal behavior. Please in understanding that this is a really big mix up. Allow me to fix it. Because you have been a guest in my salon and I am nothing but open and honest to any client that patronizes my business as well as my staff.
