Coffin/tapered medium Fullset

It was very unprofessional of her to allow me to schedule an appointment using this app and she no longer uses it. If the appointment was confirmed I’...m assuming my appointment is scheduled. Then she has no customer service skills. She didn’t apologize and didn’t ask if I’d like to reschedule. Just rude! “ I don’t have any Monique on my schedule” Really lady? Is that how you respond to a client? She could’ve at least called me I drove a half an hour for nothing! Show more
