If I could have given NO STARS, I would. I scheduled my appointment for my son a month in advance and Mr Calixte CONFIRMED the appointment and when we... arrived to the barbershop I was told that Calixte was not there and was in Vegas. I didn't get any notifications that he needed to cancel or reschedule my son's appointment. This was my first time going to him and it was definitely my last as well. I drove 40 minutes across town and clearly wasted my time. It looks like Mr. Calixte takes pride in his work and from what I've seen he does an amazing job, but this experience definitely lacked professionalism and courtesy! Mr. Calixte instead of apologizing for YOUR mistake and taking accountability for your actions you respond as though you did not confirm my appointment. And you did! Look the point is that you lack professionalism and courtesy and that's that! Have a blessed day! Show more
