5/10. she had a lot of attitude and complained about doing gel the entire time. i got them done saturday and the tip and rhinestones came off. when i ...asked if she could fix it she said that she didnt have time and dismissed me. pretty childish to say the least. very unprofessional behavior. I honestly just want my money back and my time. youre the chino very racist as well. maam respectfully i just need a copy of my receipt tomorrow good day. Show more

Fill with gel polish shortwas ur appointment for ?????? Uhhh yes did u get that no !! Unprofessional never !! Who knows me and have been here before knows how I work and the type of work I do complaining ....well, when u do gel u have to be as steady as possible not using ur phone or anything else … if anything I very patient and trying to please u when I asked you if u liked it you left and said yes !! Something I always do before anyone leave the. Table … but is ok you can go back to the chinos ! I wish I had a before and after pictures so I can speak about how it was but due that I took 1 hr more cause of the wrong choice of your appointment , I had people waiting thank uuuu and God bless my dear! And by the way that’s not the design u left the shop with and I have witnesses to prove it !!! U had a French tips not a solid black so ! If you are trying to sabotage my work u are in the wrong , !
