I am a professional licensed Cosmetologist/Barber specializing in straight razor shaves, hot towel shaves, Beard Enhancements, facials, designs, modern & classic haircuts. I have been in the hair industry for 10+ year’s. If you’re looking for a great haircut/shave experience I am your barber! Here at Barbers Company we strives to take care of people! ‼️ IF YOUR ACCOUNT Name, details, phone number etc. appear to be fake or spam, I will decline your appointment until you reach out as an actual person through text! Please Note: ❗️❗️❗️❗️ Tardies, Last minute Cancellations, Rescheduling last minute & No show’s ❗️❗️❗️❗️ As respect to my clients in line I give a 5 minute grace period once you’re past those 5 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. So if your appointment is at 10:00 am & you arrive at 10:06 am I will not service you & you’ll need to reschedule. After your 3rd cancellation under a 24 hour time frame I will no longer accept your bookings. This includes rescheduling appointments. If you do not reschedule within 24 hours 3 times in a row and continue to waste time slots I will no longer accept your bookings. ‼️Beginning 3/22/23 under any circumstance will no shows be considered last minute cancellations unless they are last minute cancellations meaning you must text me before your appointment time and let me know you cannot make it or you cancel it yourself on the app. Last minute cancellations are cancellations made by you under 24 hrs of your appointment time. Last minute cancellations incur a $15 last minute cancellation fee to be paid at that moment through Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, PayPal or Venmo. I will not accept another booking from you if this fee isn’t paid. I only allow 3 last minute cancellations if I allow more I’ll be losing out on more money in the long run. Please keep in mind that Booksy gives me a history of cancellations, no shows and last minute cancellations. Additionally if No shows become habitual you will be blocked after the third no show. My time is valuable so please respect it. If I have to reach out to you about your appointment and you forgot & you cannot make it to your appointment that is considered a no show and you will need to pay the full service price that you booked if you want to keep me as your barber. If you wish to not pay you can respectfully find a barber that will accommodate you and your schedule. Again my time is valuable so please respect it. ‼️I am all about fairness If I ever have to cancel your appointment under 24 hrs due to a serious emergency I will in return credit your next service $15 I value my time my business & my clients time tremendously. It isn’t fair to the next customer to have to wait because the previous customer was late and it isn’t fair for me to lose a spot due to a no show or last minute cancellation when someone else could have filled that spot. Please respect my time & each other’s time thank you! Bookings❗️❗️❗️ Beginning 2/23/21 all appointments booked with me must be confirmed. The appointment is only valid if you receive confirmation from me. Thank you for your patience & understanding. ‼️I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. ‼️ If I decline a service it is because you have already exceeded either the max amount of last minute cancellations or you have a no show history‼️‼️ Please Note: ❗️❗️❗️❗️ Please read all details listed under a service before booking the service. Payments: I accept & prefer card or Zelle but I also take cash payments for services as well. PSA: I may reject your appointment due to availability for current clients. If you have a new account due to the large amount of spam accounts I have received your appointment may be rejected unless you reach out as an actual person. I also have the right to refuse service to anyone I may not feel comfortable providing a service to.
