I’ve been having my lashes done here for years now and I am still amaze with the consistency and flexibility of this shop. I love how this shop treats... me and have never failed any request that I have. Wendy has very light hands and arms that I’m not feeling that someone is working on with my lashes at all. I’m currently living in San Francisco and driving to this shop 40mins every appointment and I will say that every drive is worth it because of the customer service and wonderful work they have here. Wendy is the best lash tech. I’ve tried other places before and she’s the best. I’ve been going to her for years now, even at her other location. She’...s very flexible with scheduling, she’s always consistent with her work and my lash retention is so good. The products she uses are amazing and she’s so gentle. I fall asleep every appointment! Lol! I even kept going to see her through my pregnancy because she’s so fast and I didn’t have to lay there for hours. She’s also extremely kind and thoughtful! She gave my baby a gift when he was born and me flowers on my birthday! I would never go anywhere else. Oh and her prices are BEYOND reasonable. I will never go here again. The tech was unfamiliar with her product and as a result my eyes suffered pain for hours after the procedue, she didnt see...m to have various lengths and so my lashes look thin and look like tweeds coming out my eye. I kept them because i was in so much pain, i just wanted to leave. You gladly took my money despite you knowing your client was in pain. That speaks volumes you go from 100 to 88 dollars as if you did me a favor. There is no way in good conscience if i did a sevice that i left someone in 8/10 pain i would have them pay. It is tacky and unprofessional. You did not show how you sanitize your tools, or explain what you were doing, as I told you this was a first time. You should have showed different lengths to choose desired look. Most importantly make sure you have latex free glue, so you don't get sued for damaging someones eyes. Terrible service, enjoy your money at my eyes expense. My eyes are still hurting. Show more

Thanks for your review, and I’m very sorry hearing the negative experience you encountered which is very unusual. While not necessary, I’m also listing the facts for what happened earlier today so my future clients can assess my services fairly: 1. I’ve used 11 to 15mm on both eyes today; 2. I did a half set eyelash extensions instead of a full set since you had experienced the uncomfortableness. That’s why they don’t look as full as you had expected. 3. I also recommended removing the extensions few times to you if they had caused the problem, but you insisted keeping them on. Very last, I appreciate your feedback and we will keep it in mind servicing our future clients.

Genuinely believe this is the best place for eyelash extensions in the Bay. The prices are much cheaper compared to other places I have been. I brought in a photo of a nail design I liked and some wagashi tape with the color scheme I wanted, and Yumi executed beautifully even though it was h...er first time doing this kind of design (-: She was able to match the colors on my nails to the wagashi tape flawlessly. During the appointment, I made a comment that my nails were starting to give me mermaid vibes so she suggested we add a few small seashell bits to fit the theme. She has great taste and is very sweet/friendly. I would highly recommend her if you are curious about trying Japanese-style gel manicures. Show more
