Hello sorry if you felt like your cut was rushed, never want to leave my clients with that feeling so I sincerely apologize. I had several clients show up late and I don’t rush through the cuts which pushed the time back . Once I provided you the mirror your feed back should’ve been given there so I can fix any errors that might have occurred due to you being a new client. Instead of saying it’s a great cut and allowing me to remove the cape and then the tip . If the cut wasn’t a quality one in your liking please be vocal and I’m very open to feedback.
